Trend & Design Collaboration

Before development starts, we share seasonal fashion insights—trend colors, stitch innovations, and texture inspirations—derived from global forecasts and trade fair research. Our design team prepares moodboards and stitch proposals for the client’s reference. Prototype & Quotation

Once yarns and styles are selected, our technicians develop prototype samples (protos) for evaluation. Clients review the fit, appearance, and workmanship before choosing preferred styles for production. Based on the expected order quantities and complexity, we provide detailed quotations covering yarn consumption, knitting gauge, finishing processes, and packing details. This transparent cost evaluation helps brands make informed decisions early in the process.

Order Confirmation & Pre-Production Sampling

After the client’s order meeting, final styles and quantities are confirmed. We prepare fit samples for size validation and simultaneously arrange yarn procurement to secure timely production. Pre-production (PP) samples are made and submitted for approval—ensuring the chosen color, size, and finish perfectly match the brand’s expectations before mass production begins.

Bulk Production & Quality Control

Production begins under strict supervision from our experienced technicians. We conduct mid-production inspections on the first batch—checking measurements, washing performance, and handfeel consistency. Any feedback is immediately addressed to maintain uniformity. Final inspections follow AQL standards, covering appearance, labeling, and packaging, guaranteeing every piece meets both the customer’s specifications and our internal quality benchmarks.

Delivery & After-Sales Support

OOnce production passes final inspection, goods are packed and shipped according to the confirmed delivery schedule. Our logistics team coordinates sea, air, or combined shipping methods based on urgency and budget.
